- GENERAL
By using this site and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing. This site is operated by Donquix Studio LLP. Arakkkan is a brand owned and operated by Donquix Studio LLP. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
- ORDERS
All Arakkkan products are made to order. Production begins within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after this window. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and will notify you promptly if this happens.
- PAYMENT
Full payment is required at checkout. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a purchase you authorize Arakkkan to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
- PRODUCTION & DISPATCH
Every piece is made after you order. Current production time is two weeks from order confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order ships. Dispatch timelines may extend during peak periods. we'll always communicate any delays.
- SHIPPING
We currently ship domestically within India only. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier partner. Once dispatched, Arakkkan is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. If your order hasn't arrived within 7-10 days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@arakkkan.com and we'll help track it down.
- FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable receiver, or refusal to collect — the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense. We'll reach out to arrange redelivery. Repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation with store credits issued minus shipping costs.
- DAMAGED OR OPENED PACKAGE
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please photograph it before opening and contact us at contact@arakkkan.com within 24 hours of delivery. We'll work with you and the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
- RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Returns are accepted within seven days of arrival. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Accepted returns receive store credits. We do not offer cash refunds.
Exchanges are offered for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact contact@arakkkan.com within seven days of arrival with photographs of the issue.

All artwork, illustrations, graphics, prints, garment designs, brand identity, and visual content on this site and on Arakkkan products are original works owned by Donquix Studio LLP. This includes but is not limited to all painted and digitally printed artwork featured on garments.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Arakkkan artwork or brand assets without prior written permission from Donquix Studio LLP. Unauthorized use of our artwork will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
